Insurance Plans I Accept

I am currently in-network with the following insurance plans:

  • Cigna

If you don’t see your plan listed, contact me to verify your coverage or discuss cash rates.

Out-of-Network Insurance

If I am not in-network with your insurance, you have several options:

  • Use cash pricing

  • Pay with HSA/FSA

  • Request a superbill to submit for out-of-network reimbursement

New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation:

$185–$225
(60 minutes; includes full diagnostic interview and treatment plan)

ADHD Evaluation:

$250
(60 minutes; includes comprehensive assessment and screening tools)

Follow-Up Visit — Medication Management:

$110–$150
(20–30 minutes)

Medication + Therapy Follow-Up:

$150–$225
(45 minutes; includes supportive therapy + medication management)

Therapy-Only Visits:

If you have questions about which visit type is appropriate, feel free to reach out before booking.

Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone’s time, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours): $50 fee

  • No-shows: Full visit fee (cash rate)

Insurance does not cover missed appointments.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

If you are paying out-of-pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected costs of your care.

You may request an estimate at any time.
I can provide a written estimate before your first visit or upon request.

Payment Options

Payment is processed securely through the patient portal.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my insurance credentialing is still pending?

You may use cash pricing until your insurance becomes active. You can also request a superbill for potential reimbursement.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

At this time, I am not in-network with Medicaid or Medicare.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

Yes — stimulant and non-stimulant ADHD medications may be prescribed when clinically appropriate after a full evaluation.

Do you charge for FMLA, disability, or paperwork?

Yes. Extended paperwork requests may require an additional fee depending on complexity.

Do you take walk-ins?

All visits must be scheduled online or by contacting the clinic.
